ttk99 Terms and Conditions

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails, the relevant amount should automatically return to the source account. If it has not been returned within 24 hours, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is provided under the following conditions:

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistency of play and activity. VIP cashback is subject to its own wagering requirements.

All games on ttk99 are conducted fairly and transparently. We work with world-class game providers and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Operations

• All games follow a fair play policy.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the user's wallet.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

Participants in live casino games are required to treat dealers and other players with respect. Abusive language or behaviour may result in account suspension.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, the outcome of a wager depends on the official result of the relevant sporting event. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with ttk99's policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ttk99. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering through gambling or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Representing or playing on behalf of minors.
• Any cyber activity harmful to the security of the platform.

ttk99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time and for any reason. However, we will make every effort to notify users where possible.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

8.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms and conditions, the verified balance will be returned to the user. If the account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, all balances may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, you may contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent closure of your account. We treat this step with the utmost seriousness.
